Robert James began his IT career approximately 12 years ago working as an Engineering Aide in the City of Santa Rosa’s Traffic Engineering Department, where he conducted traffic studies utilizing AutoCAD and designing and modifying spreadsheets for accident analysis and traffic control implementation. He subsequently worked as a consulting Spreadsheet Designer and Quick Basic Programmer for Petaluma Poultry, where he also provided recommendations for hardware and software upgrades.

Most recently, Mr. James successfully completed a two-month IT contract with Rosenthal and Company in Novato, where he programmed a 1099 Access application that allows the company to file 12,000 1099 claimants for 85 separate entities.
